The House

This beautiful farmhouse provides all the facilities you need in a modern home, it is fitted with central heating all the way through the house, there are cooling fans available to use during those summer months when the weather can be very warm.

Amenities include hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, cable, tv, fast internet access, central heating, room cooling fans, a cot and high chair(on request), barbecue and dining area.

Accommodation

Bathrooms	Large shower room, sink, toilet downstairs, a WC, shower and sink in the second bathroom upstairs. # Separate WC's both downstairs and upstairs.
Bedrooms	1 double bedroom, 3 twin bedrooms and one single bedroom.
Kitchen	electric grill, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, and a dining area for a large number of people.
Laundry	This room has a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Living Room	A spacious room with a couple of sofas and armchairs, TV, DVD player, a number of board games for both children and adults.
Other	Cupboards for cleaning and ironing equipment, book shelf upstairs with a wide section of books and reading material.

Outside there is a private patio with a chairs and garden furniture, a small trampoline for kids, a BBQ is provided for those evening get togethers.
Both bike and car rentals are available and can be arranged before arrival if you require. Off street parking for a couple of cars and bicycle storage is available.
